OUR FACILITY

MAINBARN

Designed for efficiency, safety, and exceptional equine care, our main barn combines modern amenities with a warm, traditional atmosphere to provide the highest standard of daily management for both performance horses and broodmares.

Amenities include:

20 spacious 12' × 12' box stalls
2 oversized 12' × 18' foaling stalls with high ceilings and dedicated heat lamp lighting
Automatic heated waterers in every stall
Individual stall cameras monitored from the attached office for 24-hour foaling and barn surveillance
Dedicated indoor wash stall
Whole-barn backup generator for uninterrupted operation during power outages
Outdoor Equisizer® for controlled exercise and rehabilitation therapy
Multiple grass turnout paddocks for daily turnout and individualized exercise

Purpose-built for modern stallion management and reproductive services, our dedicated stud barn is designed to maximize safety, efficiency, and breeding success while providing a professional environment for both resident and visiting stallions.

Two oversized 12' × 18' Stallion stalls located within the attached enclosed stallion collection facility

STALLION BARN

YEARLING BARN

Amenities include:

4 spacious 12' × 12' stalls
Two expansive 22 acre yearling turnout fields, with one designated for colts and one for fillies
Large attached indoor run-in sheds on each side of the barn with unrestricted access from the pastures
Oversized hay racks and grain troughs running the length of each run-in shed
Automatic heated waterers located both inside the run-in sheds and throughout the turnout fields
Designed to promote continuous movement, social interaction, and healthy development in a secure environment

Designed to encourage healthy growth and natural development, our yearling barn provides a safe, low-stress environment with ample turnout, shelter, and constant access to forage. Colts and fillies are housed separately, allowing each group to thrive in spacious accommodations tailored to their needs.
