Our comprehensive yearling preparation program is available for both resident and ship-in yearlings, providing individualized care and professional preparation leading into the sales. Each yearling is managed according to their individual development, with careful attention to nutrition, body condition, daily exercise, grooming, handling, and overall presentation. Our program focuses on developing well-mannered, confident young horses through consistent hands-on handling while maintaining the condition and appearance expected in the sales ring. From routine farrier and veterinary coordination to bathing, clipping, grooming, sale-day preparation, and the finishing details that make a yearling stand out, every aspect of the program is carefully managed to have each horse arrive at the sale healthy, polished, and prepared to present at their very best.

Our foaling program provides comprehensive prenatal, foaling, and neonatal care with careful attention to both mare and foal throughout every stage. Mares are housed in spacious 12' × 12' foaling stalls equipped with individual cameras transmitting live feeds directly to our attached office. During foaling season, a dedicated 12-hour overnight foal watch provides continuous monitoring for signs of impending labor and allows for prompt attention as foaling begins. Our program extends from pre-foaling preparation and close observation of the mare through delivery and essential neonatal care, including monitoring nursing, bonding, colostrum intake, meconium passage, and the foal’s overall condition and development during those critical first hours and days. Veterinary care and post-foaling examinations are coordinated as needed, providing attentive management from the final stages of pregnancy through a healthy start for the newborn foal

Spacious, well-maintained fields offer ample room for natural movement and grazing, with run-in sheds for shelter and heated automatic waterers providing reliable access to fresh water throughout the year. Whether joining us for a short-term layover, an extended period of turnout, or simply time to rest and reset, each horse receives individualized daily care with close attention to body condition, nutrition, soundness, and overall well-being. Farrier and veterinary services can be coordinated as needed, allowing owners and trainers the confidence of knowing their horses are receiving attentive care throughout their stay.
